Print on A4 or US Letter at 100% scale, with browser headers and footers off. Choose “Save as PDF” in the print dialog to keep a copy. For colour artwork, enable background graphics if your browser asks.

About the pilot card

The pilot card is 5 by 7 inches. Its picture is a valley painted in four lights, sunrise, day, sunset and night, with one small aeroplane flying across the sky, and a band of paper underneath for your words.

A name and a message are both optional. Left blank, the card says “For a little dreamer” and “Every little dream deserves somewhere to fly.” A date, if you add one, is printed as the flight date.

How to make a pilot card

  1. Add a name, a message and a date if you like. Everything is optional.
  2. Choose Sunrise, Day, Sunset or Night for the sky.
  3. Press Print or save as PDF, and print on A4 or US Letter at 100% scale with headers and footers off.
  4. Or press Save PNG for a picture to send, or Share where your device can.
