About the Junior Pilot Certificate

The Junior Pilot Certificate celebrates a child spreading their wings in imagination. It has a name, a date and one of five achievements: First Wings, Brave Heart, Storm Reader, Cloud Explorer or Little Navigator.

It is for imagination and creativity. It is not a real aviation qualification, and it says so at the foot of the page.

How to make a pilot certificate

  1. Add a name and a date if you like.
  2. Choose an achievement.
  3. Press Print or save as PDF, and print on A4 or US Letter at 100% scale with headers and footers off.
  4. Or press Save PNG for a picture to send, or Share where your device can.

The Sky Map hands over an achievement for each place a child finds, and brings them here to print the certificate.
