The title song, The Little Blue Pilot, sung again by everybody, with new words and a children’s choir on the hook, and the theme that this site plays. It tells the whole story in one song. A very small bird with a very big dream spreads his wings, reads the storm rather than fighting it, and turns for home when he chooses to. And the hook carries the old flyers’ saying that the album’s name grows from: “a wing and a prayer is all I’ve got,” and that’s enough.
